What Is ParenTalk?

Have you ever thought you could do with some help as a parent? Ever wondered, after one of those, 'that did not go well' moments, if you could be doing things a little differently? Then why not come along to ParenTalk?

ParenTalk is an 8 weekly discussion based series with other parents/carers in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We will be discussing top tips and sharing experiences about the following themes

• Be yourself
• Love them and let them know
• Look and listen
• Remember its good to talk
• Defend the boundaries
• Choose your battles
• Back to the future

All meetings are free of charge, include refreshments, and are held on Thursdays (12 noon - 2:00pm).
