Whitley Bay Baptist Church - growing community

We seek to be a family friendly church and at its services for worship each Sunday Whitley Bay Baptist Church welcomes over 200 people, including people of all ages, and different nationalities. At our main centre on Park Avenue in Whitley Bay we worship at 10.00am and 6.30pm each Sunday. Our outreach congregation, Preston Grange Community Church, also meets at 10.00am every Sunday. On Sunday afternoons, at 4.00pm, we host worship for the local Filipino community who hold worship in the Tagalog language.

Every Sunday morning, alongside the worship service, are activities for children and young people including crèche, Power House (Age 3 years to school Year 4); CONNECTION (Years 5 – 8); Spectacular (Year 9+).

There are many other events that take place during the week some that are expressions of the life of the Church and others that seek to serve the local community.
